Deep/Initial Clean

Estimate Required
(Inside of appliances for an additional $35 fee)

Routine Cleaning (Upkeep)

    • Bathrooms

    • Kitchen (spot cleaning of cabinets on routine cleanings)

    • Regular dusting

    • Spot cleaning inside of windows

    • Spot cleaning fans and baseboards

    • Vacuuming

    • Handvacing small crevices

    • Mopping

Construction Cleaning

  • Phase 1 : Rough Cleaning

    • Remove large debris and waste

    • Sweep and vacuum

    • Clean up construction dust wall to floor.

    • Clean windows/frames and sills.

    • Wipe down doors, frames, baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents and stove

    Phase 2 : Re-clean

    • Wipe and dust all settling construction dust and debris.

    • Disinfect all surfaces, door knobs, light switches, bathrooms and kitchen

    • Wipe out inside of all cabinets

    • Clean exterior of kitchen appliances

    • Sweep, vacuum, mop

    Phase 3 : Final Clean

    • Remove any remaining settling dust from all previously cleaned areas, top to bottom

    • Final sweep, vacuum, mop

Commercial Cleaning

  • Reception & Common Areas :

    • Empty trash bins and replace liners

    • Dust and wipe down all surfaces (desks, tables, counters)

    • Vacuum, sweep and mop

    • Disinfect door handles, light switches and railings

    • Wipe down all glass and windows

    • Clean and disinfect countertops, chairs and tables

    • Clean inside of all appliances (fridge upon request)

    • Empty trash and recycling bins

    Office work stations :

    • Dust/sanitize desks, chairs, computer screens, keyboards, phones

    • Empty trashcans and replace liners

    • Vacuum, sweep and mop

    Restrooms :

    • Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals and sinks

    • Clean mirrors and countertops

    • Empty and replace trash bins

    • Vacuum and mop floors

Our Team

We’re an eco-friendly housekeeping service, we take pride in our work and personalize and cater cleanings to each and every client, as every client’s home has different needs. My sister Katia and I have been in the cleaning business for about 4 years.

We started cleaning for a small business and decided we’d venture out and start our own. We learned a lot from our previous experiences and continue to grow. We get joy from our clients getting home to a clean, healthy, and fresh-smelling home after a long day. We chose eco-friendly products for the health of our clients, the environment, and ourselves. We reuse our bottles, use eco-friendly sponges that are biodegradable, and microfiber towels to reduce the waste of paper towels.
